How do I upload artwork and find documents?
For printed orders, use “Upload artwork” or “Files”. Invoices, receipts and files we send appear with the relevant order when available.
How do I change an address or cancel an order?
Contact us with the order number to change an existing order's address. If cancellation is available, it appears with the order. If paid or in production, contact us to discuss possible changes.
