1. Enter addresses
Type or paste an address. You can use Enter to put parts of the address on separate lines. Include the country for international mail.
Import an Excel list saved as CSV. Each recipient gets a separate PDF page.
Up to 500 recipients and 1 MB. Semicolon, comma or tab separated. UTF-8 and Windows-1250 supported.
How to prepare the list
Template columns: name, company, street, postal_code, city, country. Company and country are optional. Save postal codes as text to retain leading zeros.

Adjust print position
Moves both addresses. Positive values move right and down. This does not change the envelope size.
3. Postal markings
Edit the wording and add more lines. Up to 240 characters and 4 lines.
Up to 100 characters and 3 lines. The entered text will be printed.
Selected markings are printed on every envelope in the list. Printing these markings does not pay for postage or replace the carrier’s shipping label.
Preview and PDF ↓Addresses stay on your device. The tool does not store them in the shop database. Reloading the page clears the entered or imported addresses.

How to print envelopes
- Download the PDF and select the matching envelope size in your printer. If it is unavailable, use the custom dimensions shown in the preview.
- Use 100% / “Actual size”. Turn off fit-to-page. Do not print a screenshot.
- Print one test envelope first. Check your printer instructions for the feed direction and method. Your printer must support the envelope size and thickness.

How should I address an envelope?
Place the sender at the top left, the recipient in the lower right area, and the stamp or postage marking at the top right.
Use this order: name or company, street and number, then postal code and CITY. For international mail, add the destination country on the last line.
Use a legible font and left-align the address. For Poczta Polska letters, keep the bottom 15 mm and right-hand 15 mm clear. Check these margins after changing the print position.
Use Enter in the tool to separate address lines. For a Polish address, a suitable layout is:

What does “Opłata pobrana” mean on an envelope?
This indicates postage settled with the postal operator without an ordinary stamp. Poczta Polska uses it for advance or deferred postage payments under a written agreement. The wording and agreement number must match the arrangements with the operator.
Printing the wording does not pay for postage. It is different from cash on delivery, where the recipient pays the collection amount for the contents. Without the relevant postal agreement, choose the postage stamp option and pay for mailing normally.
